THE H.E.A.L. METHOD
H.E.A.L. is not a linear walk, rather a circular one that invite us to honor the journey before us. It is also an acronym rooted in Shamanistic principles around being connected to Nature and the elements of: air, fire, water, earth. Very much like the seasons and cycles our Mother, when we begin to understand our fabric is the same, we can begin to soften to the experience instead of rushing through, a choice that often creates more tension. From there, the spaciousness gives us a chance to call in a new reality for ourselves, as we receive a medicine that we can carry freely to others on our walk because we are embodied.

H.E.A.L. is a culmination of 20 years of education, training, and hands-on experience with well over 10,000 clients to attest for it. It is an unforgettable approach where the body, mind, heart and soul are welcome to these sacred sessions, and where various modalities are often integrated towards a transformation.
